Challenge
Stylistics Inc., a full-service salon, needed to rejuvenate
their company image and enhance their Web presence.
By enhancing their online presence, the salon
was able to capitalize on customers researching their line
of business on the Internet. This ensured their prospective
customers could easily send inquiries before scheduling a
consultation and improve service overall.
Solution
Here is a brief description of the project components and
solution integration:
In-Salon Customer Survey:
Information from this survey provided Stylistics Inc. with
insight into client use and awareness of products/services,
advertising media effectiveness, and client perception of
the Salon’s entire image.
Redesigned Web Presence:
Using survey results, the Marketing Continuum team incorporated
the Salon’s vision into a clean-lined web design featuring
their corporate colors and highlighting new service offerings.
The website now has a “Monthly Web Special” that
satisfies customer requests for a reliable source of specially-priced
services. A new corporate logo enhanced the design.
Online Marketing Campaign:
Marketing Continuum identified key online spa/resort directories
in Stylistics’ geographical area and linked the websites
to provide additional qualified traffic to the Salon. These
sites also provided an additional area to post salon offers
and specials.
Ongoing Website Maintenance:
Monthly updates are made to continually inform customers of
the salon’s specials. New trends in hair styles and
color are communicated in a timely manner to provide customers
with immediate information following stylist training, an
engaging advantage.
Results
