SUNCHAIN Tanning, Inc., the largest tanning salon franchisor
headquartered in Arizona, needed an updated Website to serve
both prospective franchisees as well as their existing customers'
needs.
Additionally, the company's eight salons were looking for
ways to retain more tanning clients. They realized their 2,000
client email addresses were not being utilized; further, they
did not have an email communication tool that fit within their

an online newsletter offering monthly specials and tips to

personalized post cards to invite inactive customers back
and to reward loyal customers on their birthday. The postcards
